We Love Pets
We do accept dogs and cats in our townhouses, provided they are housebroken, and the tenant assumes all responsibility for any damage caused by their pet (including carpeting, woodwork, etc).
It is your responsibility to clean up after your pets, including the yard, common areas, and on neighbors property (although you should make every effort to keep your pets off your neighbor’s property).
A pet deposit is required in addition to the regular security deposit.
